"I'm waiting for a shorter nosepiece for my DMK31 to use my FR, so I did a quick mosaic of the full disk from this morning. Not much in proms but the surface had a lot of interesting areas going on! Made from two 300 frame AVI's stacked in Registax and processed in PS CS4."

A work in progress - proms to be added. This is a made from a single movie... 300 frames from my 6MP Grasshopper Express, 90mm Coronado filter on a 92mm refractor with 2X Powermate. Focal length 900mm.

Today I finally was able to get first light with my new Lunt. I made a mosaic with my DMK31 camera. The bottom picture is a mosaic using my 2.5x Powermate for a total focal length of 1400mm. First impressions is very good, I really love the details I'm getting from this scope, and the views through my bino is phenomenal."
